因人手不足，自 2026年1月1日 起，我们将调整住宿接待方式如下：

 

住宿配套（整组包场，不与他人混住）

 

2人：RM180／晚（单人床或双人床）

 

4人：RM280／晚（单人床或双人床）

 

8人以上：RM500／晚

 

最多入住 12 人

 

重要说明

 

全程 不与其他住客混住. 

  • 客房为私人使用，不与其他住客混住

  • Co-working area 与阅读角为 共用空间

  • 2–4 人住宿期间，可能与其他住客共用上述区域

  • 8 人以上整组包场可独立使用共用空间

因空间内收藏大量书籍，不接待 9 岁以下儿童 .

不允许派对或喧闹活动

入住时间：3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

 

关于 Route Five Hostel

Route Five Hostel 是一间位于渔村里的静谧空间，这里有书、有咖啡香、有慢下来的时间。

适合朋友小聚、创作、阅读、短暂离开城市节奏的人。

 

Due to limited manpower, effective from 1 January 2026, Route Five Hostel will adjust its accommodation arrangements as follows:

Accommodation Packages (Entire Space Booking · No Shared Stay)

  • 2 guests: RM180 / night (single beds or double bed)

  • 4 guests: RM280 / night (single beds or double bed)

  • 8 guests and above: RM500 / night

  • Maximum capacity: 12 guests 

 

Important Notes

  • No sharing with other guests throughout the stay.

  • Sleeping areas are private and not shared

  • The co-working area and reading corner are shared spaces

  • Guests in 2–4 guest packages may share these areas with others

  • Exclusive access is available for private group stays of 8 guests and above

  • No parties or loud activities allowed

  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

  • Due to the large collection of books in the space,
    children below 9 years old are not accommodated

     

About Route Five Hostel

Route Five Hostel is a quiet retreat located in a fishing village.
A space filled with books, the aroma of coffee, and time that slows down. Ideal for small group getaways, creative work, reading, and those seeking a short escape from the city pace.

A：不是。我们只接待整组包场住宿，不与其他住客混住。

A：不可以。本住宿以安静与阅读为主，不允许派对或喧闹活动。

A：入住时间为 下午3:00 – 7:00 PM。

A：由于空间内有大量书籍与陈设，不接待9岁以下儿童。

A：最多 12 人。

A: No. All stays are private group stays only.

A: No. Parties and loud gatherings are not permitted.

Q3: What is the check-in time?
A: Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

A: Due to the interior setup and books, children under 9 years old are not permitted.

Q5: What is the maximum number of guests?
A: The maximum occupancy is 12 guests.

​Q6: Will we meet other guests during a 2- or 4-guest stay?
A: Not in the sleeping areas.However, the co-working area and reading corner are shared spaces.

  • Check-out Time: ~11:00

Booking Terms and Conditions

​

  1. Cancellations:

    • All cancellations must be made via email (info.routefiveks@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+60146743413 - Audrey).

    • Cancellations must be confirmed by email at least 3 days before the planned arrival date.

    • If canceled 2 days before arrival, a 50% charge applies. For cancellations less than 24 hours or 'no shows,' a 100% charge will be incurred.

  2. Check-in / Check-out:

    • Standard check-in: 15:00 - 18:00. Early arrivals are accommodated if possible.

    • Notify for late arrivals; reservation canceled if not arrived by 19:00.

    • Late arrivals after 9 pm incur a RM10 surcharge.

    • Check-out by 11:00. Luggage can be stored on the departure day.

  3. Curfew / Light Out:

    • Curfew at 22:00 with lights out at 22:30 for a peaceful night's sleep.

    • No re-entry for drunk guests after curfew for security reasons.

  4. Payment:

    • Full payment in Malaysian Ringgit to CA 89 Enterprise (Maybank: 5121 3865 3539).

    • No credit/debit cards accepted. Ensure you have Malaysian Ringgit in advance.

  5. Registration:

    • Guests must provide valid passport details during check-in to comply with legal requirements.

  6. Facilities:

    • No kitchen facilities provided.
      No Cooking allowed
      For Event Clean up , RM200 extra cleaning fees incur. 

    • Communal shower with free shower gel and hairdryer.

    • Lockers available.

  7. Parking:

    • Street parking with fees. Vehicles and contents at the owner's risk.

  8. Smoking:

    • Strictly non-smoking. RM350 deep cleaning fee for smoking in rooms.

  9. Termination Policy:

    • Route Five reserves the right to terminate an individual's stay without notice if deemed necessary.
